As a government-supported employment service backed by Employment Ontario, we are committed to helping you take confident steps toward long-term career success. Whether you're new to the job market, re-entering the workforce, or seeking better opportunities, our team is here to guide you through every stage of your employment journey.

Our focus is to support both job seekers and employers, recognizing that both play a vital role in building a strong and resilient workforce. We offer personalized guidance in résumé writing, interview preparation, and career exploration. Job seekers have access to up-to-date local job postings, labour market insights, and a wide range of Employment Ontario programs available across the province. We also partner with employers by posting job opportunities, screening candidates, and helping them find the right talent. In addition, we provide information on free programs and funding opportunities available to both job seekers and employers—giving them a competitive advantage in the labour market .

Since opening our doors in 2010, Thornhill Employment Hub has been proud to support our community through meaningful employment services. From day one, we've been committed to serving both individuals and businesses, working hard to ensure our services reflect the real needs of the people we support. Our approach is simple: listen first, then tailor our programs to meet the unique goals of each client. We understand that employment is about more than just a job — it’s about independence, purpose, and security. Every client’s journey is different, and we take the time to create personalized plans that help them move forward with confidence.

Over the years, we’ve built our network by working closely with local employers, building lasting relationships to support hiring needs, training solutions, and workforce development. We regularly engage in outreach initiatives, host hiring events, and connect employers with qualified talent through personalized job matching and support with government-funded programs. Our work has helped countless businesses grow and individuals achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and professional fulfillment.
